WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? AND WHEN?


When Subscribing to our Newsletter through a Subscription form we collect:

We collect this personal information in order to send emails providing information on future free downloads, news, tutorials and to market our Products. We collect IP & Country origin as proof of consent when you subscribe to our emails (as per GDPR Laws). We keep this information indefinitely or until you opt-out by unsubscribing from our newsletter.


When filling out a Contact form we collect:

How long does Google Analytics store data for? 14 Months and then the information is automatically deleted.

We use third party cookies such as ‘Facebook’s Pixel’ to allow us to measure  interactions on our site. We do this market our products to potential customers through site interaction. This works in two ways

For example if you click a link from an ad to our site on Facebook (or Facebook affiliates like Instagram, messenger or their audience network) we can use these statistics from these cookies to know if these ads are driving traffic (users) to our site.

We use FastSpring to ensure that the purchasing of our Products are handled with the highest security, GDPR compliance, PCI Compliance, fast downloads and international tax handling. When an order is placed through our store it is placed through FastSpring as an authorised reseller.

What information does FastSpring collect when you browse our website.

  • Products you’ve viewed: for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed or added to your cart through cookies
  • Location, IP address and browser type: collected for purposes such as showing prices in local currencies and applying the correct tax.

When you purchase from us, you’ll be asked you to provide information including your name and email address, credit card/payment details and phone number. Fast Spring will use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Members of our team have limited access to the information provided above through Fastspring. For example, Administrators can access:
