- Save users shopping cart preferences for future visits
- Monitor our newsletter subscription displays
- Make site pages load faster
We use Google Analytics to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction such as clicks, page views, load times, the city and country users in, web browser type, date of purchase, time spent on site, time spent on individual pages and pages users visited before or after navigating to our website.
These analytics don’t store personal information such as name, email or IP address just site interaction and general location.
How long does Google Analytics store data for? 14 Months and then the information is automatically deleted.
We use third party cookies such as ‘Facebook’s Pixel’ to allow us to measure interactions on our site. We do this market our products to potential customers through site interaction. This works in two ways
For example if you click a link from an ad to our site on Facebook (or Facebook affiliates like Instagram, messenger or their audience network) we can use these statistics from these cookies to know if these ads are driving traffic (users) to our site.
Or if you interacted with our site, you maybe presented with our Facebook ads in the future.
We use the ‘Messenger Customer Chat’ plugin on our website to assist in communicating with anyone who wants to reach Antidote Audio via Messenger app. Facebook’s pixel helps to preload user information from Messenger (if the user has an account and is logged in) to prepare a user for using the app and reaching out to us on Facebook. Antidote Audio can not see any public information about the user through the app until a message has sent.
Potential Cookies from Soundcloud & Youtube:
Pages on this site may include embedded content from either Soundcloud or Youtube.
